Amy Carter is an associate attorney with Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC.
Amy earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998, where she worked on the Review of Litigation and graduated Order of the Coif. In 1995, she earned her B.S. in Business Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Amy is admitted to practice in Texas, California, Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
At Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC, Amy manages the firm’s pharmaceutical and products liability sections and has represented thousands of plaintiffs in pharmaceutical litigation across the country.
Amy was named to the Texas Rising Stars listing in 2007-2017, as well as the Texas Super Lawyers in 2017 and 2018 by Thomson Reuters, as published in Texas Monthly in the areas of Class Action/Mass Torts and Personal Injury Plaintiff/Products.
