John A. Hallman is an associate attorney with Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC. His practice concentrates on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of commercial truck wrecks, workplace injuries and all injuries caused by the negligence of others.
John won his first civil jury trial in 2015, and has continued to litigate cases since that time. John is a third-generation attorney who has dedicated his career to personally serving plaintiffs in civil litigation and all aspects of trial work.
A Dallas native, John attended the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, where he received a degree in Accounting and Finance. He then studied law at Indiana University, where he was an E.W. Kintner Merit Scholar, drummer in the law school band, and a semi-finalist in the Maurer School of Law Trial Competition.
Mr. Hallman has litigated a wide range of cases including commercial trucking and bus wrecks, oil and gas field injuries, non-subscriber workplace injuries, wrongful death claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, and general litigation.
